SCHEMATIC PRESENATION

  • Mood Board / Schematic Presentation (Virtual) 
  • Look and feel of the entire project with primarily floor plan layout 

 

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PRESENATION

  • Design development Presentation (In- person)
  • Final floor plan  
  • 2D elevations and 3D Renderings 
  • Material samples, if permitting 

One round of revisions 

FF&E PROCUREMENT

  • A detailed list of all furnishings executed in the design. *FF& E stands for (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)  

 

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

  • Project oversight with Project GC  
  • Furniture installation 
  • Styling and accessorizing 
  • *Construction administration is charged hourly
 

 

Full-service design services are limited to projects with over a 30k budget. Design Fees are calculated based on the project's scope and complexity
